1. Psychonauts
Psychonauts is on sale for 75% off on GOG during the Summer Sale Festival. This fun puzzle action-adventure game comes with a cast of unique characters is always recommended. This is also a great time to prepare yourself for the sequel. Psychonauts 2 was funded on fig more than 3 years ago and finally there should be more information released during a
panel at E3 this year.
2. Pathfinder: Kingmaker
Pathfinder is bit more expensive, but still not a bad deal with 33% off. There will be a free
Enhanced Edition patch for Pathfinder releasing next week which should address a lot of the complaints around balance in the game. So if you're a fan of computer RPGs, or the Pathfinder ruleset, this is a good one to pickup.
3. BATTLETECH
Paradox is having another sale on Steam this weekend with many of their titles discounted. My personal recommendation is BATTLETECH, which is 40% off at the moment. Personally, I don't think there are enough giant robots in video games these days so thank goodness for Harebrained Schemes bringing this game to Linux. The Urban Warfare DLC is also dropping next week which brings new units, mechs, and encounters.
4. Verdun
M2H, developers of Tannenberg, have given Verdun a free weekend on Steam starting today. You can play it for free until Sunday, or purchase it for 80% off until Monday. Verdun is an online multiplayer FPS set in the days of World War I. It's gotten a lot of praise for its realistic depiction of trench warfare.
